    Hi!
    Thanks for the well-structured introduction.
I am male, and half-way through the humming exercises I am “switching” to head/falsetto (I know this distinction is a separate discussion) voice — should I be doing this or just stop when I am starting to begin feeling slightly strained?

Thanks, looking forward to what comes after!
    Cheers,
    Kai

    Great day one!
    Very excited to to continue.
I got Bell’s palsy two years back and lost a lot of mouth shaping and vocal control. I thought it might help to relax and retrain my facial muscles if I started from scratch and learned to sing properly. Even if it doesn’t work on my looks or voice quality it will lift my spirits.
If you have ever heard of any connection between healing from palsy and singing I would be most grateful to know about it.
    Thanks!

Thanks for your note, Rosemary. It was great to talk with you tonight and I found it very interesting that you heard of research where Singing helped improve Palsy. Wishing you the very best!
